Biography
Dr Ellen D. Wagner is an educational technology innovator whose career encompasses roles as tenured professor, successful entrepreneur with three exits, senior executive at five software companies, including Adobe Systems, and NGO executive director of two international professional associations. At WICHE, she led the institutional membership association WCET where she co-founded the Gates Foundation-funded Predictive Analytics Reporting Framework, later acquired by Hobsons. Now managing partner of North Coast EduVisory Services, LLC, she advises on digital transformation and emerging learning technologies. Dr Wagner is affiliated with UCF's Mixed Emerging Technology Integration Laboratory and serves on several prestigious boards, including the Kirwan Innovation Center and OEB Global Advisory Board.
