Biography
Eliud Chemweno is the Lead for EdTech Ecosystems at the Mastercard Foundation. In this capacity, he plays a role in catalyzing and enabling EdTech ecosystems across Africa. Eliud also supports eLearning programs throughout the foundation, ensuring that partners deliver top-quality educational initiatives. Additionally, he oversees the Innovation Sandbox, where he nurtures scalable EdTech projects. Eliud’s primary focus lies in advancing hybrid learning systems and bolstering education resilience, ultimately empowering individuals and partners in the education and development sectors. His efforts contribute to expanding learning opportunities for both youth and women.
