Biography
Eiman Elmasry is the Quality Assurance, Data, and Analytics Officer at the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITCILO) since joining the office of the Director of Training in February 2020. Before this, she contributed significantly to the Learning Innovation team, focusing on project management and eLearning content since 2018.
Eiman's academic background includes a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, a Micromasters in Instructional Design, and a Diploma in Information Technology (System Development).
Eiman's professional journey at national and international levels in Africa and Europe reflects her versatility, covering a range of fields such as data analysis, data visualization, quality assurance, process management, content management, instructional design, evaluation, statistics, web and software development, scientific research administration, organizing scientific conferences, educational management, and psychology.
In addition to her diverse skill set, Eiman actively represented the Centre at various education and training-related conferences in Africa, Europe, and Canada in recent years. Her presentations covered crucial topics like credentials, quality assurance, and evaluation of training.
For her contribution to eLearning Africa, Eiman Elmasry will share how ITCILO successfully adopted digital credentials as part of its institutional digital transformation process and of the overall quality assurance cycle of its training activities.
