Eden Tadesse

Biography

Eden Tadesse, an award-winning entrepreneur, digital innovator, and policy enthusiast, brings over a decade of experience in the nonprofit and private sectors across Africa, Asia, and Europe. She is the Founder of Invicta, an impact startup connecting 36,000+ refugees across 96 countries to remote jobs, online courses, and mental health support. Prior to this role, Eden held positions at the United Nations, Microsoft, and the Australian Government. Her passion lies in shaping inclusive policies in three main areas: labour policies for refugees, catalysing development finance for climate action, and inclusive digital transformation. At the heart of her work is a strong commitment to human rights, recognizing it as the bedrock of the SDGs. She is determined to leverage innovation, sustainability, and diversity to create bold and resilient solutions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity in India and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy (MPP) program in Germany.
