Biography
Ebehi was born and raised in Nigeria.Currently she serves as a Department Lead in WAVE in the training and operations department. Ebehi’s team is responsible for creating, developing and delivering relevant (and sometimes industry specific) content that prepares unemployed talent youths for entry level jobs in high growth industries. Her role at WAVE focuses on strategizing, tweaking and standardizing the WAVE curriculum to meet the needs of the two customers (employers and employees).Prior to WAVE she worked with young people in the construction industry planning, executing and coordinating projects for five years.She holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria. A non-profit Leadership and Management Course from the Lagos Business school , Nigeria. Ebehi is passionate about helping young people connect the dots to a better future from the many hurdles life has thrown at them and also about reforming the education system in Nigeria.
