Biography
Doris Ndewa Likwelile is a specialist in learning, training, and business development, committed to leveraging eLearning for social transformation. As Head of the Learning and Training Unit at MS TCDC in Arusha, Tanzania, she designs and implements capacity development programs that advance leadership, gender equality, climate justice, human rights, and sustainability.
With extensive experience in national and international organizations, Doris excels in instructional design, digital learning, and participatory training methodologies. Her work at MS TCDC fosters self-directed inquiry, critical thinking, and active engagement, ensuring inclusive and impactful learning.
At eLearning Africa, she will present on "The Role of eLearning in Enhancing the Capacity of Young Activists from the Global South to Advocate for Climate Justice." She will explore how digital learning tools empower young activists to lead impactful climate justice campaigns.
