Dorica Andrew Champhene is an experienced project management and development consulting professional with over a decade of expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), business development, and strategic consulting. Her work spans multiple sectors, including education, governance, climate resilience, and agriculture, across various African countries including Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya, and Uganda.
With extensive experience in designing and leading impactful projects, she has successfully collaborated with governments, donors, local leaders, and private sector stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions. Her expertise in MEL includes designing robust frameworks, implementing adaptive programming strategies, and integrating Result-Based Management (RBM) to enhance project effectiveness.
