Biography
Divine is an Education Specialist with extensive experience in education research, policy analysis, and programme evaluation. His work with ESSA focuses on strengthening education systems through evidence generation. Over the years, he has contributed to research and policy discussions on teacher professional development, curriculum reform, assessment practices, digital learning, and education financing. He has also been featured on several leading media platforms in Ghana, where he contributes to national conversations on critical education issues aimed at improving education policy and practice.
