Biography
Delphine Dall’Agata is a young professional with 6+ years of international experience in training and communication. She holds a Masters in the Management of Development from the Turin School of Development and a Bachelors in Spanish and Italian Studies from Dickinson College.
She currently acts as an Associate Programme Officer at the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITCILO). Her work in the Learning Innovation Programme for the past 5 years focuses on the design and facilitation of online and in-person innovative learning events in Ethiopia, Belgium, Switzerland, South Africa, Italy, Thailand, and Zimbabwe.
In 2023, she was nominated as one of the 30 Under 30 members of the Learning Technologies Exhibition & Conference, which spotlights the next generation of global leaders in the learning and development field. As a UN Innovation Fellow, she actively advocates for forward-thinking experimentation and co-creative solutions.
