Biography
Mr. Rwothomio Happy Dean is an experienced ICT Project Manager, Marketing, Sales and CX Consultant with more than 10 years of dedicated working experience from a wide range of consultancy to include ITES consultancy, systems and applications development projects in Europe, East and sub-Saharan Africa.
He has in-depth knowledge and experience in application of ICT both in connection to private businesses, government, international and donor-funded projects. Some of the key projects included the design for the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD)
portal serving the 7 countries of the IGAD region and a portal for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Rwanda and the Global Fund Reporting System – MoH Uganda and World Bank sponsored government projects in Uganda.
To date, He works as CMO at Zeenode Limited, an ISO 27001 and 9000 certified software development company specializing in cloud-based academic information management systems for higher institutions of learning in Africa. Having worked within various ICT related areas and he is well aware of the local constraints, regarding working and living conditions, culture and setbacks that can impact the implementation of ICT related projects within the East and Sub-Saharan African regions.
