Biography

David is Research Director for EdTech Hub, a global organisation that exists to build an evidence-driven future for how technology is used in education. David also leads Jigsaw Education, a global education research practice based in London and Lusaka. He has led education research in over 30 countries with a variety of donors, governments, INGOs and community-based organisations. David has worked in the international education and humanitarian sectors for 15 years and also has a PhD from the University of London (2010). His doctoral research focused on evaluating the impact of technology on education in sub-Saharan Africa. David is a board member for Refugee Education UK and has various other advisory roles.
