Biography
He received the Bachelor of Education degree (Mathematics and information Technology) from Kenyatta University, Kenya, Master of Science in Information technology from Strathmore University, Kenya. He is currently a PhD (Business Innovations and Technology Management) student at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Kenya. In 1998, he joined the Teachers Service Commission as a graduate teacher, then Head of Department. In 2009, he Joined Kenya Institute of curriculum development as Chief Curriculum development officer in-charge of computer studies subject. He was involved in the design, development and evaluation of curriculum and curriculum support materials. He was the secretary of the subject panel and also a member of Kenya National examination council subject panel. He is currently the Director of open, distance and eLearning at Africa International University. His current research interests include Education quality in eLearning, eLearning pedagogies, Measurement and evaluation in eLearning.
