Biography
Cormac O’Keeffe holds a PhD in Technology-Enhanced Learning and brings over two decades of experience in digital education, curriculum design, and learning innovation. He currently works as Director of Education, Impact, and Research at Bibliothèques Sans Frontières (Libraries Without Borders), where he leads innovative education and social-impact initiatives across Africa and Europe. He collaborates with key stakeholders in West Africa in the Senegalese Ministry of Education as well as development agencies such as Enabel and the Agence Française de Développement (AFD). He brings his experience in evidence-driven and human-centred design by combining rigorous scientific research with insights from practice in the field to support the design of effective and scalable solutions.
