Biography
Constance Agyeman is a social innovation strategist and partnership practitioner with over 30 years of experience designing collaborative programmes that address complex social challenges across Africa, Europe and Asia. Her work focuses on building equitable partnerships between communities, institutions and funders to co-design solutions in areas such as education, youth empowerment and challenge driven innovation.
She is the Co-Founder and Executive Director at Partnership Bureau, a Ghana-based organisation that strengthens collaboration across the public, private and civil society sectors. She is also the Founder of the Ghana Science & Tech Explorer Prize (GSTEP) and Creative Futures, initiatives that empower young people to develop practical STEM solutions and creative enterprises that address challenges within their communities. Previous roles have included Head of International Development at Nesta, UK Innovation Foundation. She also sits on the Board of Results for Development UK and Alma Mater Education. Through her life and work, she champions youth leadership, practical education, social entrepreneurship and community-driven innovation in Ghana and beyond.
