Biography
Daniel has over 10 years of experience in research and in monitoring and evaluation on various education, health and development issues. He is currently the Principal Institutional Research Officer at USIU-Africa and a member of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) team of the Master Card Foundation e-Learning Initiative project.
