Biography
Clement Muhire is an IT expert with over 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing IT infrastructure projects. He is the founding IT Specialist at the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE), where his contributions to a modern hybrid technology design have positioned the university as a technological leader in the region. Notably, he has played a pivotal role in establishing the e-learning platforms that the university currently relies on, enhancing the educational experience for students and faculty alike.
Before joining UGHE, Muhire worked with Aegis Trust, an NGO that has executed various projects supporting the Education for Sustainable Peace in Rwanda (ESPR) at the Kigali Genocide Memorial. He also held technical managerial roles in implementing and supporting digital archive systems for government institutions on behalf of Aegis Trust.
Muhire holds a Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Applied Technology, specializing in networking and data mining, from Southwest Jiaotong University in China. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the National University of Rwanda, along with numerous IT-related certificates and professional training.
