Biography
Christine Ofulue is a Professor of Linguistics, and Director of the Regional Training & Research Institute for Distance and Open Learning (RETRIDOL) at the National Open University of Nigeria. She is also concurrently the Director, African Council for Distance Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation Agency (ACDE QAAA), based at the National Open University of Nigeria. Professor Ofulue has a wide and varied experience in distance education policy, administration and practice. She had been at various times, Dean Faculty of Arts, Foundation Director, Directorate of Research Administration and Advancement, as well as, Foundation Head, Quality Assurance Unit, all at the National Open University of Nigeria. She was a recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship to the University of South Carolina, USA
