Biography
Christian Zange, born 1975 in Passau (Germany), is an expert for e-learning and knowledge management. He started to specialize in these fields during the year 2001, joining an e-learning software development team.
Since then, Christian Zange has been working in many different organizations and projects, focusing on developing systems for e-learning and knowledge management, helping organizations and individuals to learn and to make effective use of knowledge. This involved the implementation of ICT systems, didactic/instructional design, information architecture, conceptional & strategic work, organizational development, formulation of policies, building up competence centers & teams, capacity development, design & development of e-learning courses & trainings.
Christian Zange has been working in different countries in Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. He was working as a Project Manager for E-Learning for the Ethiopian Civil Service University from 2011 to 2014. Currently, Christian Zange is employed as an expert for information and knowledge management at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Entwicklung (GIZ) GmbH.
