Biography
Cheikhou Kane holds a bachelor's degree in science and furthered his studies in mathematics and economics, completing a master's degree in data science and analytics. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, focusing on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques in multi-agent systems. Additionally, he is enrolled in Stanford's professional AI program to deepen his expertise.
His research explores strategies for achieving carbon neutrality in agro-sylvo-pastoral systems in the Sahel, with a goal to develop tools that foster excellence in mathematics for new generations. As the Head of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Division at Rose Dieng University, Cheikhou plays a pivotal role in creating an ecosystem that nurtures talent and supports the development of innovative research projects.
Outside of his professional commitments, Cheikhou enjoys exploring the arts, pastry-making, and boxing, showcasing a well-rounded range of interests.
