Biography
Mr. Charles Avelino is the Chief Education, UNICEF Rwanda. Prior to Rwanda, Charles’s extensive (over 20 years) education programming experience with UNICEF includes assignments in South Sudan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Namibia, and Nigeria. He holds a master’s degree in Education Policy and Planning from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, prior to a bachelor’s degree in Education, University of Juba, in South Sudan.
