Biography
Celestine Agropah is a Certified Data Engineer, Scrum Master (PSM I), and the Founder of Happy Daffodils. She leads "Operation: Theory Is Not Enough," a campaign challenging the prevalence of "Blackboard ICT" education, where students in rural Ghana are taught computing without computers. Celestine possesses a unique hybrid skill set, bridging the gap between technical strategy and grassroots community mobilization. She applies Agile frameworks to social development and has successfully secured in-kind technology grants from Microsoft and Google to power her organization's digital literacy programs. She speaks on the practical realities of bridging the digital divide for rural children.
