Biography
Cecil Senna Nutakor is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, education advocate, and technology innovator, currently serving as Founder and CEO of eCampus LLC. He focuses on using digital tools to expand access to education and improve learning outcomes for diverse audiences.
His interest in education reform was shaped by early academic challenges, which led him to explore more effective learning methods. He pursued studies at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, Catholic University of Milan, and Singularity University, earning qualifications in entrepreneurship, global business and sustainability, and exponential technologies.
In 2015, he founded eCampus with the aim of making quality education accessible regardless of location or income. Under his leadership, the company has gained recognition, including EdTech Startup of the Year at the Ghana Startup Awards in 2016 and 2021, as well as recognition at the Ghana FinTech Awards in 2026. He was also named Startup Entrepreneur of the Year (2021) and EdTech Personality of the Year (2024) at the Africa Most Promising SMEs Awards.
Cecil’s work combines leadership in EdTech, digital innovation, and human-centred design, with a focus on remote learning, personalised education, and skills development.
