Biography
Carlo Maria Delù manages the learning portfolio on Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Development at the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO) in Turin, Italy. He provides training and advisory services in the areas of entrepreneurship, women’s economic empowerment, digitalisation, and value chain development to partners worldwide. As part of his responsibilities, Carlo is the global manager of the Women in Digital Business Initiative (WIDB), a partnership between ITCILO, ILO, and Microsoft Philanthropies, which aims to provide accessible training on digital skills to women entrepreneurs globally.
Carlo is an Italian national and holds a Master’s degree from SciencesPo Bordeaux in Applied Geo-Economics, a Master’s degree in Development, Environment, and Cooperation from the University of Turin, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Government and Natural Sciences. He works in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.
