Biography
Mr. Callixte is a disability inclusion specialist. He is an international consultant in assistive technology and accessibility.
He has been working in making learning spaces accessible through providing digital accessibility solutions to virtual learning environment.
He is providing regularly training of teachers with special needs on integrating ICT in learning and teaching with Rwanda education board.
He has contributed to education of learners with special needs through provision of digital solution and initiating the beginning of teaching full sciences to learners with special needs.
Callixte leads the assistive technology department at seeing hands Rwanda.
He is the initiator of HIHVA a center for independent living for the blind.
He own a consultancy firm known as assistive and inclusive technology solutions supplying digital solutions to disability inclusion challenges.
He has been contributing to different digital solutions to minimize barriers to access education bridging the gap facing learners with special needs.
