Biography
Bismark Amefianu Kudoafor is the Deputy Chief Operating Officer of the All-Africa Students Union (AASU), where he provides strategic and operational leadership for programmes advancing student and youth development across Africa. He has previously served the organisation in several leadership roles, including Research and Communication Officer, Capacity Building Working Group Lead, and Chief Technical Officer, contributing to institutional strengthening, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
He currently leads the implementation of the Next Level Skills for Student Leaders (NELS) Project on behalf of AASU, coordinating partnerships with universities and student organisations across the continent. Bismark is also a strong advocate for climate action, green skills development, TVET, and youth empowerment, and has represented Africa in several international education and policy platforms. With a background in business management and international relations, he brings expertise in partnership building, programme coordination, and youth-focused development initiatives, with a continued focus on student leadership, lifelong learning, and sustainable development.
