Biography
Bethel Getamesay is a passionate learning experience designer, project manager, and digital capacity coordinator, committed to creating engaging, impactful, and learner-centered online experiences. She currently serves as a Digital Capacity Coordinator at GIZ, where she supports digital transformation through innovative learning solutions.
With a strong background in human-centered design, Bethel has consulted with developers and organizations in the creation of over 40 digital learning materials, integrating storytelling, gamification, and user-centered design principles to enhance learner engagement and retention. She has also independently developed an online course, applying these best practices to deliver high-quality digital education.
Bethel’s work is driven by a deep belief in the power of well-designed learning to foster growth, build skills, and drive development across sectors.
