Biography
Bernice Christabel Cobbinah is a digital learning and international affairs professional with experience in eLearning development, peace and security. She has contributed to the design and delivery of digital learning programmes in the areas of peace, security, governance and gender at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping and Training Centre (KAIPTC), supporting capacity development initiatives across Africa. Her interests lie at the intersection of digital education, public policy, youth development and international cooperation. Bernice is currently pursuing advanced studies in Political Ideas in a Digital Age at CY Cergy Paris University with a particular focus on digital transformation, governance, inclusive development and the implications of emerging technologies for diplomacy, global cooperation and public institutions.
