Biography
Bereket Getachew is a Learning Experience Designer and software engineer from Ethiopia, and the Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of SINQ, a startup focused on revolutionizing education through innovative and culturally relevant learning experiences. With a strong background in storytelling, digital content creation, and user-centered design, she has developed digital modules that empower young people with practical skills needed for the job market.
In addition to her role at SINQ, Bereket collaborates with the AHEAD Institute, where she supports the design of education and training programs using human-centered, tech-driven approaches. Passionate about transforming how people learn, she combines creativity with technology to create more engaging, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences across Ethiopia and Africa.
