Biography

Engr. Bello M. Tongo, CEO of the Tongston Group, is a multi-award-winning executive with over 14 years’ experience spanning education, business, entrepreneurship, construction, and design. Recognised as a Top 100 Visionary in Education, Outstanding Education Leader, Global Education Influencer, and nominee for the Global Meaningful Business 100 Award, he is a prominent figure in education and enterprise development.

He is an experienced consultant in training, curriculum integration, and development, and previously served as Primary School Team Lead, Educator, and Coordinator at ICICE Academy. He was also a founding member and coordinator of the Nigerian Tulip International Colleges Alumni Association. In the engineering field, he has held roles as a civil engineer at Atilgan Construction Company and site supervisor for the Nigerian Ministry of Works.

Engr Tongo is a frequent speaker at conferences and on television and radio. He serves as a Trustee of the Skills Outside School Foundation, sits on the Advisory Board of the Educators’ Community Global, and is a member of the Institute of Directors’ Young Directors Forum. He is a certified educator with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria.
