Biography
Bassel Mahmoud leads the sales team in Africa for The Lincoln Electric Company based in the UAE. He graduated as an Electrical Engineer from Blaise Pascal University in France, moved to Scotland as part of the exchange student program with Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen for the final graduation project. After 5 years in Europe he returned to the middle east where he joined Lincoln MENA team in KSA as a technical sales representative. He held different positions and responsibilities in KSA, Qatar and Yemen for 7 years, later moved to Morocco as North Africa Regional Manager. Currently, he manages sales for the entire African and Indian ocean market. His team is responsible of managing, maintaining and growing distribution channels, training and introducing new products & solutions to our customers, solutions that help them improve their productivity and reduce their cost. In addition, he is a father of two and pationate about education being the key to the future.
