Biography
Bashir Muhammad Idris is the Senior Manager for Academic Management and Corporate Business Development, as well as the Coordinator for the Limkokwing Innovation Hub at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Sierra Leone.
He has coordinated multiple innovation and entrepreneurship training programs in collaboration with organizations such as The World Bank, UNDP, Save the Children, Handicap International, and Innovation SL.
Bashir is also the founder of the Limkokwing Innovation Hub, which was established with funding from The World Bank under the Sierra Leone Economic Diversification Project. The hub aims to foster an entrepreneurial culture within universities in Sierra Leone.
He holds an MA in International Contemporary Art and Design Practice and a BA (Hons) in Industrial Design, both from Limkokwing University in Malaysia. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate of Education, focusing on entrepreneurship hubs at tertiary institutions in West Africa.
