Biography
Badreddine Gandar is an e-learning consultant and project manager specialising in the digitalisation of training. Before joining Société Marocaine d'Ingénierie Touristique (SMIT), he worked as an e-learning educational engineer for Amazon, where he designed innovative training programmes to optimise employee learning. He then contributed to a number of e-learning digitisation projects, including the creation of Forsa Academy, a Forsa programme initiative that has trained over 50,000 learners through digital learning pathways for project managers. Passionate about educational innovation, he works to integrate digital solutions adapted to rural African contexts in order to overcome educational challenges and promote inclusion. He is a regular speaker on issues relating to digital education and the accessibility of online training.
