Biography

Ayo Jones is an AI Adviser and keynote speaker who helps leaders and educators trade baggage for belonging in the Age of AI. As the founder of Belonging Labs, she equips institutions with "Human-First" strategies to master AI readiness, regardless of infrastructure. A veteran educator and creator of the proprietary SHiFT System™ and the PEACE Framework, Ayo bridges the gap between high-level strategy and practical classroom application. She focuses on the cognitive pillars of AI (such ascritical questioning and iterative thought) ensuring that African innovation is driven by human intelligence, not just imported hardware. Ayo recently presented her expertise to the stage at the Pan African AI Summit in Accra and the Georgia EdTech Conference (GAETC) as the keynote speaker. She believes that while technology changes, the human need for connection, curiosity, and inquiry remains the true operating system of the future.
