Arnold Mujuni Bareba

Biography

Eng. Mujuni Bareba Arnold is an electrical engineer by profession and a registered engineer with the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE) and the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) in Uganda. Certificate. He is a also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) currently employed as Manager Projects of  the Uganda Communications Universal Service and Access Fund at the Uganda Communications Commission, Uganda's Communications sector regulatory body.

Arnold possesses over 20 years of experience in the Communications sector mobile telecom industry and the regulatory arm of the sector including the Universal Service Fund. His expertise is in the the field of Projects management, Network Planning and Optimisation and Digital technologies and Applications for rural areas. Eng. Arnold has worked in these fields on various projects in organisations both in Uganda such as Airtel Uganda and the Ministry of ICT and outside Uganda in Rwanda and Botswana.
