Biography
Appolinarie Uwizeye, a seasoned educator with 29 years of experience teaching English and French, holds a Bachelor's degree in Education-English from the Kigali Institute of Education. Recognized by both the Rwandan Education Board (REB) and the Ministry of Education for her outstanding contributions to quality education, she now focuses on online teacher training as an e-Teacher Moderator(e-TM) for STELIR , a partnership between the Mastercard Foundation and the British Council.
In her role, Appolinarie empowers district teachers through digital platforms, drawing on her own training experience to inspire innovative teaching practices. Her dedication to continuous professional development and her commitment to educational excellence make her a driving force in shaping the future of education in Rwanda and beyond.
