Antonio Makanga, passionate high-energy climate and science communicator is dedicated to bridging the gap between technical innovation and grassroots reality. As Chairperson of Discovery Demos for the Accra summit 2026, he will curate "live" sessions turning complex data into practical, community-led tools. Representing the continent’s massive youth population bulge, Antonio brings the agility and digital-first mindset essential for modern problem-solving. Through his work with 4BM and Alliance for Science, he has been involved initiatives like the Climate Action Zone, proving that relatable storytelling can move the needle for the "Bottom Millions." He is a hands-on builder focused on making innovation stick where it matters most.
