Biography
''I've spent four decades helping design education systems across many countries, which has left me with two convictions: that teachers are the people who make transformation real, and that the children at the heart of this work never actually change, even when everything around them does. I'm currently Director of Education for CODEUS, working across sectors and continents. Before that, a lot of things: past director of the Worlddidac Council and of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) , judge on the GESS awards in Dubai and the Global Worlddidac awards, and across the years a primary-school principal, a university lecturer, a teacher-regulation manager, and the person who kept being asked to design the next thing. I work in English, I live in Australia and I have retired three times - not, evidently, very successfully.''
