Biography
NTWALI Gasozi Andrew is an Education Advisor and Coordinator for Teacher Support programme at VVOB Rwanda.
Previously, he was an Assistant Lecturer at the National University of Rwanda, prior to joining UNFPA as a National Programme Officer (March 2008-June 2014) and later UNESCO (July 2014-October 2017) respectively. His experince ranges from providinng technical support for strengtheniong Government systems, coordination and management of programs, capacity building, monitoring of programs and advocacy with a niche in mobilizing and partnering with stakeholders.
His current interests include supporting countries to articulate the path towards achievement of SDGs with a focus on supporting programs and strengthening systems as well building capacity for designing, implementing and measuring quality delivery of programs/projects at national, sub-national and community levels. Mr Gasozi holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health and a Graduate Diploma in Programme Management.
