Biography

Anatoli Rugaimukamu is a seasoned development and humanitarian leader with over 24 years of experience designing and managing large-scale programs across Tanzania and East Africa. He is a qualified expert in development policy, child and youth development programming, and education, with a strong track record in civil society strengthening, humanitarian response, and inclusive service delivery.

As Director of Programme Operations at Save the Children, Anatoli provides strategic leadership to multi-sectoral initiatives funded by major institutional and private donors. He is deeply committed to youth empowerment through increased access to vocational education, skills training, and job creation. A Certified Director and Harvard-trained leader, Anatoli is passionate about advancing locally led, sustainable solutions that transform the lives of children, youth, and communities.
