Biography
Anaïs Røed Malbrand is the Senior Adviser for Projects and Events at the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) in Oslo, Norway, where she has worked since 2015.
She previously spent over six years in the UN system, holding roles in New York, Santiago de Chile, and Madrid in democratic governance, monitoring and evaluation, and project assessment.
She has international experience in corporate communication, policy advice, international networks and partnerships, global events and cross-country project management across the UN system, NGOs, and the private sector.
She holds MSc degrees in Business Administration (NEOMA Business School, France) and International Cooperation (University of the Basque Country, Spain). She is fluent in French, Spanish, English, and Norwegian.
