Biography
Ana Carolina holds a degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She began her career at JPMorgan Chase, working in Private Banking and Investment Banking, before transitioning to the field of education and social impact. At Fundação Dom Cabral, she has led initiatives to support the development of entrepreneurs in situations of social vulnerability. Currently, Ana Carolina serves as Vice Dean of Education for Social Inclusion at FDC, focusing on youth inclusion, entrepreneurial education, scholarships, and the strengthening of civil society organizations (NGOs).
