Amy Rose Konate

Biography

Ms Amy Rose Konate is a coach, trainer and inventor. She helps people and organisations to adapt to change. A graduate in coaching and management, she founded Dynamik Learning, a company specialising in change management and the promotion of the "Essential Knowledge Brick" patent, of which she is the inventor.

As a coach, Amy Rose helps her clients define and achieve their goals, using creative and innovative processes. She helps them to reflect on their vision of the future, and to organise themselves to implement their project through coherent actions capable of bringing about success and change. Her coaching sessions are privileged moments for her clients and an opportunity to deploy her mastery of problem-solving, creativity and collective intelligence techniques.

As a trainer, Ms Konaté leads conferences and workshops on the theme of change and the opportunities it offers. She shares her experience and knowledge with a varied audience, ranging from students to business leaders, as well as professionals in the education, health and social sectors. She makes them aware of the challenges of change in today's world, the factors that promote or hinder adaptation, and the strategies for successful individual or collective change. It invites them to adopt a positive attitude towards change, to consider it as an opportunity to be seized rather than a constraint to be endured.

At eLearning Africa 2023, Amy Rose will present E-teaching as a strategy to "revalue the contribution of the teacher through E-learning" and consider solutions to the problem of how to improve the quality of education.
