Biography

Adam Katani is a Tanzanian tech enthusiast and software developer specialising in backend systems, AI integration, and digital learning tools. He is currently studying Computer Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Dar es Salaam. Adam is a co-creator of Tichika, an AI-powered EdTech platform that uses chatbot technology to provide personalised learning support to students. He contributes to the system’s architecture, data processing, and performance optimisation. Adam is passionate about harnessing technology to make education more inclusive and is committed to developing scalable solutions that address real-world challenges in African communities.
