Biography
Abdullahi Muhammad Bature is a visionary leader in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and EdTech, with over a decade of experience shaping Africa’s education and innovation landscape. He is the CEO of Schoola, an AI-powered platform revolutionizing K-12 education in Africa. Under his leadership, Schoola developed Curri AI, an award-winning generative AI tool that enables educators to create lesson plans 45x faster.
A strong advocate for AI literacy and digital inclusion, Abdullahi actively engages with policymakers to integrate AI into education, workforce development, and national digital strategies. He is a Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellow, a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation grant recipient, and a NITDA-supported innovator. His thought leadership extends to speaking engagements at global forums on AI policy, digital transformation, and education innovation.
