Biography
Umutesi Marie Aurore is the Director of Faculty Development at Kepler College. She has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in IT and Computer Science from William Penn University. Umutesi Marie Aurore has a passion for the development and empowerment of individuals, specifically in the education sector. For the past 9 years, Aurore has worked at Kepler to develop and support academic staff and students to ensure graduates are ready for the workplace. Through collaborative approaches with different cross cutting teams to design various strategies for professional development through training, she has worked with the team to maintain a culture that continues to facilitate and nurture an environment for both staff and students to grow through teamwork and constant learning.
