Mary Otieno - Kenya
Senior Lecturer in Educational Planning and Policy Studies Research at Kenyatta University, Senior Research member at Women Educational Researchers of Kenya and a Education Research and Training Consultant.
Mary is a mentor, trainer and a seasoned educationist in the Kenya education lanscape and beyond, supporting quality learning with integration of technology, ESD, instructional pedagogy, gender responsive pedagogy and policy influence and advocacy in basic and higher education.
Mary is an evaluation researcher with over 10 years experience and training consultant in ECD, higher and adolescent girls education, teacher education and has worked with varios development partners in evaluating various education interventions - ICT integration in learning for Edtech, Plan International and Kenya Ministry of Education. Mary is a member of various profesional bodies and a global scholar alumni at the Brookings Institution, Center for universal Education.
