Biography
Herrnahrt Galeaphe Komla Bani (Ing.) is an ICT Lecturer at Abetifi Presbyterian College of Education (affiliated with UCC, Ghana). An engineer in Electrical/Electronics and ICT, he specializes in curriculum development, teacher education, and context-aware pedagogy. For over eleven years, he has empowered pre-service teachers to create localized instructional materials. His key achievement is designing a field-based training program where classroom research directly aids underserved schools. He is affiliated with C.K. TEDAM University’s School of Computing and is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhiE), GARNET, AfNOG, and e-Learning Africa.
