eLearning Africa 2027 will be held at the Palais des Congrès, Lomé, centrally located in the heart of Togo’s capital. The venue is approximately 20 minutes by car from Gnassingbé Eyadéma International Airport. It is close to the Independence Monument and major city centre hotels, restaurants and administrative offices.
