Biography
Ursula Birago-Yeboah is the Acting Head of the Administration Directorate at the Ghana Library Authority, where she provides strategic administrative leadership and supports the implementation of key institutional initiatives. She also contributes to the coordination of strategic partnerships and programmes that strengthen public library services in Ghana. She serves as the Local Project Coordinator for the Digital Learning @ Ghana Public Libraries project in partnership with Electronic Information for Libraries (EIFL), which promotes digital skills development and access to technology through public libraries. She is also one of the project managers for the Youth Engagement Centre initiative implemented in collaboration with UNICEF Ghana, a programme focused on equipping young people with digital, advoacy, and entrepreneurial skills. Ursula Birago-Yeboah holds a Master of Arts in Energy Law, Executive MBA in Project Management, and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish, all from the University of Ghana. She also has professional training in project management, including the application of artificial intelligence. She is passionate about leveraging libraries as inclusive platforms for digital learning, youth empowerment, and community development.
