Biography

Tadese Tamire Negash, Assistant Professor of Anesthesia at Debre Tabor University's Department of Anesthesia, is a dedicated Anaesthesia Specialist and Medical Educator with a Bachelor of Science degree in Anesthesia from Jimma University (2013) and Master of Science degrees in Health Professions Education and Anesthesia from Jimma University and Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, respectively. With ten years of teaching, clinical service, research, training, and community service experience, he excels in curriculum development and educational strategies.

He provides staff capacity development training on various topics, including Medical and Health Sciences Curriculum, Effective Teaching Skill, Simulation-based Learning, and Gender Responsive Pedagogy, both at Debre Tabor University and other institutions in Ethiopia.

His project involvements include research on patients' satisfaction and awareness with recall under general anesthesia, along with community service initiatives focusing on acute pain management, peripheral nerve blocks, and cardiac life support for healthcare professionals.

Tadese has authored/co-authored over 27 articles in reputable international journals, covering topics in Anesthesia, Critical Care, and Health Professions Education. He is known for his strong work ethics, excellent communication skills, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
